So Very Spoilt
We had a few transport issues, so had to change the time but the staff were so very obliging. But that was just the beginning of my ill fated visit as I later dropped a jam plate. The staff were wonderful as I felt terrible. All I can say is that the service was amazing, the scones were delicious and the experience is one not to forget.

A very nice Cream Tea
We went to Harrods for a cream tea and glass of champagne for two.The staff were friendly and helpful. The tea rooms are quaint and attractive we enjoyed the ambiance, as there was a pianist playing pleasant music.The champagne was good and scones jam and cream very nice.We enjoyed our visit.

Lovely afternoon
Overall a lovely experience but unfortunately slightly overshadowed by a mix up with vouchers as we handed in 3 separate vouchers for 6 adults and we were served a glass of champagne each only to find out that only 2 vouchers included Champagne so wished they hadn’t just poured it for all as ended up costing us an additional £40 for just two glasses!
