About the experience
Have you got what it takes to win The Crystal Maze? Come and take on the interactive challenges and games just like the TV show with The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience in Manchester. Journey through each of the four zones – Medieval, Aztec, Industrial and Futuristic Aztec – and enjoy various games and tasks. Work together as a group against the clock and attempt to claim as many crystals as you can before entering The Crystal Dome. Let the fans blow! You will be tasked with collecting as many tokens as possible, made even more difficult by the powerful force of the fans. Show off your team-working skills and have plenty of fun. Take home a complimentary souvenir crystal and photo to keep the good memories alive!
What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Your voucher is valid for two people
- Available week round, year round
- Minimum age: 9 years, 9–17-year-olds must be accompanied by two paying adults (18+)
- You may be asked for ID if you look under 18
- Participants must be 3'9" or taller
- Please book at least six weeks in advance
- The experience lasts approximately 70 minutes. Please arrive 30 minutes before the time on your ticket
- Please wear casual and comfortable clothes with sensible shoes, no high heels or open-toed sandals are allowed
- Unfortunately, pregnant women can’t take part in this experience
- You will need to sign an insurance waiver before you take part
- Parties of less than eight people may be placed with other participants to go through the maze as a group
- Please contact The Crystal Maze Experience if you have a disability or an injury to discuss eligibility
- You will not be able to take part if you are under the influence of alcohol

Maze Runners!
My brother and I got these tickets as Christmas presents from our parents and went with our other halves. We were teamed up with 2 other players and were introduced to our eccentric host, Sylvie.
Some of the games were tough but we persevered and won 5 crystals!
Into the dome we went. We all stood there like lemons for a few seconds as we didn't hear them saying to start but once we did we grabbed as many tickets as we could and posted them in the box. It's also impossible to hear them saying stop and we got penalised for posting tickets through a second after the time was up. I don't think it matters much though as they seem to make up the number of tickets you got
We decided to get the photo package as it comes with a QR code for all the digital photos too and we split the cost between the 6 of us so it was just over a tenner each and we all got a printed photo each. Some of the photos were candid ones from during the games and some were ones that we posed for.
Our tickets also included a souvenir crystal but I don't think all tickets do, so worth checking.
Overall, we had a great time and it was good fun!
