  • This experience is available week round, year round, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and Valentine’s Day
  • Friday and Saturday evening bookings must be made within 48 hours prior to the experience
  • The venue has disabled access
  • Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements at the point of booking
  • Supplements apply on additional items and upgrades
  • All reservations are subject to a 48 hour cancellation and amendment policy such that they may not be altered within 48 hours of the reserved time and date
• For The View from The Shard:
  • Bookings available from the 1st January 2026. This experience must be booked by the 1st May 2026
  • The View from The Shard is available week–round, year round, excluding Saturdays, 27th–31st December, February halfterm, Easter holidays and bank holidays. You may upgrade to these dates for an additional charge
  • Once you’ve received your voucher, easily book a date and time online
  • Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • There is no maximum group size
  • Your ticket is covered by a View Guarantee – if, on the day of your visit, the weather restricts visibility of certain landmarks, then you are entitled to a complimentary return voucher, received directly from the supplier
