Lovely afternoon tea
Staff were very helpful and accommodating at Caffe Concerto. Delicious sandwiches and a good variety of cakes. Was way too much for two people to eat so they kindly boxed up the leftover scones and cakes for us to the home.
The only issue I had was the original gift voucher was for an afternoon tea at Harvey Nicks and this was impossible to book - there was no availability at all and the buyagift team were no help at all so in the end I exchanged the gift for afternoon tea at Caffe Concerto. For this reason I would highly recommend Caffe Concerto but not buyagift as they were no help at all when I needed it.

So much to see and do in all weathers from plants in glass houses to spring bulbs and blossom to history around George III using Kew Palace. A fantastic day out

Lovely little tea room will definitely be going back we had some wonderful jam would definitely recommend and will plan a trip back in the warmer weather staff very helpful and friendly even brought some homemade jam home
