Your journey starts in the village of Skipwith, where you’ll meet your driver and the horse pulling your carriage. Step aboard and get comfortable as you set off on a one-hour ride through a stunning private country Estate near York. Follow woodland tracks and country lanes through the estate, and keep an eye out for deer or buzzards through the trees. Riding through ancient woodland and parkland, this is a wonderful way to get back to nature and experience a unique day out together.
What do I need to know?

- Carriage rides last approximately one hour. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your allocated time slot
- This experience is not wheelchair accessible. Please inform the supplier of any other accessibility requirements at the point of booking
- This experience will not operate in high winds, ice or snowy conditions, or very hot weather. It will continue in the case of rain as the carriage has a rain canopy. Please contact the supplier if in doubt
