Beautiful Spa
Massage was sublime. Thermal suite was incredible. Everywhere was spotless and staff were lovely.
Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the pool was quite crowded.

Good spa overall
The hydropool is the highlight - has an outdoor section with jets and is very relaxing (and only for ages 16+). The swimming pool was fine but annoying to have a loud exercise class going on there for about an hour. But the relaxation room was the perfect escape to that. Sauna is fine. Steam room smells divine. I couldn’t get the salt room to work. Only one of the thermal loungers was working when I went but it was nice. The Elemis best foot forward is actually a foot facial with a bit of a foot massage and a scalp massage and was lovely. Free hot and cold drinks included. Good day out overall.
