Massage and lunch the absolute best, spa good
Disappointed at first as I tried for several days to phone the Spa to discuss which option of treatment I wanted. Despite leaving messages, nobody returned my calls and I had in the end to call Reception who kindly passed a message onto the Spa for me. Once there, however, the service was impeccable. The masseur was excellent, checking which pressure I wanted applied for my massage and I felt fabulous afterwards. Relaxing in the Relaxation Room afterwards was also amazing. The Spa rooms were good but rather noisy from other guests who didn't appreciate the relaxation element and chatted continuously but this is beyond the Spa's control. Overall, a fantastic time and how the restaurant managed to make the Piri Piri Chicken Burger into the best burger I've ever eaten I'll never know. Dining room was also lovely, beautifully appointed, relaxing with excellent service and attention. I will definitely be booking to go there again.

You know you’re on a “Voucher” ?? Average.
I recently visited the spa with my mother and, unfortunately, our morning was marred by a rude encounter in the changing rooms. We felt distinctly unwelcome, with a member loudly suggesting we "must be here on a voucher," which made us feel like second-class guests. The food offered wasn’t from the regular menu, reinforcing the sense that we were being treated differently from full-paying members. Despite the good facilities, the atmosphere felt grubby and unwelcoming. The massage was acceptable, but at just 25 minutes, it felt rushed and lacking. Overall, a disappointing experience.
