Birthday gift
The staff at the White Swan were fantastic, friendly and ready to help with any request. The food was ok, the choice for each course was a bit limited (3 for starter, main and desert), the decor was very impressive and steeped in history.
The bedroom was very spacious and clean however the bed did not have mattress covers on.

Brilliant overnight hotel break at The Swan Hotel. Really luxurious room delicious three course dinner and all the titanic stuff (well olympic but nearly) was fascinating. We went to see Alnwick Castle on the way back - really lovely and so close!
