Perfect overnight stay!!
We very much enjoyed our overnight stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Accommodation was prestine and cozy.
Our evening meal and breakfast was very nice, The Spa was extremely nice and relaxing, we felt rejuvenated after our stay, thanks so much.

Worst experience with both Buyagift and the Hotel
The hotel said the voucher was only B&B and we had to pay for meal and to use pool area. The voucher said evening meal and use of spa facilities. After weeks of phone call, text neither would honour the voucher value. So we didn’t go! Buyagift were the worst at communicating and didn’t phone hotel or reply to their email. The whole experience has been disgusting for both their customer services and we still haven’t used the voucher and don’t want to ! Hotel are charging us £72 for cancelling. This was meant to be a special 70th birthday treat from my sister. So upsetting.

Lovely hotel
Lovely overnight spa stay, something my friend and I try and do each year. Haven’t been to Bournemouth before.
Beautiful hotel, lovely friendly helpful staff and clean spacious room.
Large choice for evening meal and cocktails were very nice too ?? and reasonable price for a change.
The whole deal was such good value and will definitely do again and discover somewhere else new next year.
