Great hotel stay but should have booked elsewhere!
Lovely hotel but was robbed blind, the upgrade prices you charge are ridiculous. I paid atleast £100 more than I should of and it ended up not being a gift at all, the fuss to get it booked was not worth it and trying to get help on your chat was a pain too

Indigo booking
Buyagift was way over priced originally booked for abba voyage at £190 but to book were asking for £145 extra when tickets are about £80 so changed for indigo hotel again had to pay an additional £41 for breakfast or couldnt book it. These rooms are about £154 i paid £241. No value gor money won't use again. Hotel was amazing buyagift - never again!

One night stay at the Hotel Indigo
Buy a Gift customer service is absolutely terrible. We tried to change the hotel booking with Buy a Gift and were provided no help or support whatsoever. At the last count I had sent over 16 emails and escalated to a manager. The hotel extremely helpful. Their customer service was first class.
Please book direct with the Hotel. Or use Virgin Experience to avoid having a poor experience for a special event like myself.

Very good gift
From the moment we walked into the hotel, the staff were friendly & had excellent customer service skills, made eye contact all the time. Our room was clean & very comfortable.

Not even worth a star
Clunky website and not value for money. Whilst thankful for receiving the gift, the booking process was painful- we had a date and city in mind, but had to select the hotel first, then to find that the selected hotel had an additional charge for the city we were visiting. Duly paid and then paid extra for breakfast. Booked a second room directly with the hotel for other guests joining us- inclusive of breakfast for £50 less per night (same room tariff).
