Hotel ok nice but not luxury
Place looks nice but not luxury
Restaurant for dinning is not a impressive space it’s Very soulless and small,
breakfast is serviced in the same room, so the hot food runs out very quickly if the hotel has wedding guests.
the pictures shown are of the wedding area and the rest of the hotel is dated and could do with a lick of paint here and there.
Rooms are basic & functional and clean
The en-suite bathrooms are beautiful, but only provided with 1 towel each.
Staff were very polite and helpful.
Over all a clean nice hotel for a 1 night stay
But not a returner.

Mediocre
We asked for another room because it was supposed to be a "luxury" break but we were looking over the bin area and our request was declined because it was buy a gift booking (?). Then we had to pay a £20 because it was Saturday. There is some misleading info about the checkout time. I read, 12pm but then we were told you can pay £10 per hour for late check out. We had dinner but were still hungry at the end. The portions are tiny and the food just ok. Maybe because it was a Saturday! The grounds are lovely and our waiter Kapil was very helpful.

Disappointed with Buyagift
Went to look for a stay in Lake District and there was nothing to be seeing on Buyagift, we then contacted them about it and didn’t give our full money back to how much the other stay was and they were too tight to give us the full refund of money after paying for this stay away at Hunton Park, really disappointed with the services at Buyagift and I would not recommend this site to anyone

This is not a 4* hotel
This is at best a 2* hotel. The hotel was dirty, the staff were unfriendly, the food in the restaurent was awful, the pool was smelly and dirty.
