This 80-minute full body massage uses medium pressure massage techniques to work out all of your aches and pains, all expertly choreographed to a bespoke soundtrack of bird song interwoven with orchestral sounds. At the beginning of your treatment, browse the menu of 11 'intentions' and choose how you want to feel by the end of your session, from building resilience and creating space for inspiration to finding your sense of belonging. Your treatment will then be tailored to your own personal needs, including a unique blend of light, colour, scent and taste to tantalise all of your senses. You’re sure to leave transformed, relaxed and ready to take on the world.
