Spa day with afternoon tea
Pros: Easy to book, very accomodating booking team. Friendly, welcoming staff. Lovely pool, sauna and steam rooms. Spa was relaxing and treatment was wonderful (Sophie you sorted my back out! Thank you). Afternoon tea was tasty and service good.
Cons: Lockers were not easy to operate & many out of order, Could do with some comfy loungers around the pool.
Overall, a great experience, just a few minor upgrades to facilities and it would be perfect.
Would recommend & would come definitely come again.

Not 4 star
Full price was nearly £200, although we paid less with a discount, but was not a £200 experience. Lockers in changing room - none worked in the male changing room, pool area - paint peeling on ceiling girders and in a few places on the walls, not enough loungers round the pool area, afternoon tea was ok but nothing special, restaurant staff didn’t seem particularly interested, facial treatment in spa was ok but didn’t last 55 minutes, more like 40 minutes. Overall nothing wrong or bad but just felt could and should be better given the cost.
