Beautiful Castle
Driving up to the Castle is stunning a sight to behold when you get there. As you go in to Reception it's beautiful, then you go in to the Brasserie and it's a tad dissapointing modern furniture, looks like a cafe, no tablecloths, paper napkins.
The staff are nice and very helpful I am Coeliac and they understood my needs. The food is very good.
Shame about the detail.

Lovely afternoon tea in fab setting
Having the afternoon tea in the castle setting, nestled amongst the woods was fantastic! The tea itself was lovely- very good quality and just the right amount. The service was great- the waitress who was attending to us was friendly and very professional. Would highly recommend.

Very poor
We were very disappointed. I had paid extra for the indulgent afternoon tea and had to pay £5 extra each because it was the festive afternoon tea. So expectations were high.
When it came, the cakes were very tiny and the 2 of them were to share. The baileys cheesecake, which was only about 2 inches long was to be cut in half and there was definitely no Baileys taste. The almond shortcake biscuit was also to share and again tiny. The mince pies were tiny and the Christmas cake was more like a mousse cake and again tiny and the scones were dry. Also the champagne was only about half a glass.
Everything was very bland and the service was very poor. It was more like being in a cafe. I would not recommend it to anyone. You should remove it from your listing as it is very misleading.
