- Available Monday–Thursday, year round
- A supplementary fee of £30 applies for Friday–Sunday and bank holiday bookings, payable directly to the supplier
- Towels and robes are available for a £5 hire fee

Nice massage
Spa area dirty and tired looking, one guy was in the spa for ages and it felt uncomfortable, couldn't get into certain saunas as people were asleep in them totally ignoring the sign saying max time of 20mins. No staff in downstairs spa area atall

Lovely relaxing day with fabulous massages
Had a very relaxing day with a friend at the Verulanuim Spa. The Roman baths area was great and Clarissa, the spa manager, gave us both the most incredible back massages. Really highly recommended.

Hen spa day with my daughter
We were disappointed.verulam spa not very helpful, the voucher did not cover the full price,because unbeknown to us there was an extra charge of 30 pounds because it was a sat.we couldn't pay to add any treatments , so not a great experience.

Okay, Not the best
The facilities & overall cleanliness is pretty good . But the massage (which is the main thing your paying for) was ‘POOR’ the young lady I had started my massage ‘late’ but ensured she finished 5 mins early! She did not introduce herself or ask anything about the overall feel/ pressure. She did the ‘bare minimum’ giving a‘well’ below average massage! My son could have done better ! So I would say If you’re going to book the 40min massage it maybe hit & miss depending on the masseuse you get ! It seems they just grabbed a beautician from the front desk and said you do it ! I’m sure that wasn’t the case but it was poor! She was not polite and seemed like she just wanted to finish ! I booked this for my husbands birthday so it was VERY disappointing. The Bannatyne Spa I booked previously was ‘much’ better the massage package was amazing !

Best gift
I bought this for my parents, on my mother’s birthday when she turned 50. They were very satisfied with the gift and everything was very easy to deal with. I will definitely purchase again. Thank you for an amazing day
