Great golf stay
The golf day and venue were great. Difficulties with the voucher meant a stressful lead up to the trip, until it was sorted, which took a while.

Golf and spa days
We had a lovely 2 days. Golf course excellent. Staff very helpful. Hotel provided all we needed with good food. However buyagift were very very poor when we had a query during booking. Absolutely impossible to get in touch to clarify amendments except through complaints procedure. We had no complaint we just wanted to verify a change. We sorted everything thing directly with hotel and golf course who answered a phone and talked to us which took a few seconds. But gifts appalling systems went on and on in convoluted circles, very upsetting and frustrating and time wasting. Talk to us we are humans .Would advise others to book direct with venues in future.
