What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Available week round, year round
- Adults are aged 16 years and above
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot to allow for check-in
- Bookings up until 28th Feb 2026 will be at the Canada water venue and any future bookings will be transferable to a new location once confirmed
- Please expect to spend between four and four and a half hours at Phantom Peak
- Food and drink is available on site for an extra charge
- All main show content is accessible for all, but some areas of Phantom Peak may be difficult to access depending on mobility needs. Please contact the Phantom Peak team to discuss any accessibility requirements
