Beautiful, rural farmhouse
Enjoyed a night here with a friend in the middle of rural Kent, with nice options for walks and pubs nearby. The old farmhouse is beautiful and landlady is very friendly. Just be aware there is a small surcharge for weekend stays.

Amazing peaceful stay
This was a birthday present to my husband and a treat to both of us. Lilly was a wonderful host and we made arrangements about our arrival with great ease. The room and house were of a really high standard with beautiful antique furniture and original features. The cooked breakfast was lovely and we were given great advice for our dinner on the night we arrived and for a day visit on our way home. We would definitely go back.

Bultown farmhouse
From the moment we arrived we loved the location the farmhouse was amazing our room neat warm lovely laid out bedroom comfy bed and lovely bathroom found a lovely pub 5 mins down the road cozy warm lovely food breakfast at farmhouse was superb toast cereal freshly cooked full English was all lovely would highly recommend x

Fab stay
We have just returned from a lovely stay at the Bulltown Farmhouse. Room was lovely and breakfast was yummy! Would definitely recommend :)

Rural idyll
Bulltown is not on my map, it's too small. This is a real farmhouse in the middle of nowhere, I say that as a positive. It is not a glitzy chain, with plastic furnishings and flat screen t.v.s. This is a perfect rural retreat in the middle of nowhere. A very friendly greeting, then up to a nice big room with en suite bath /shower and toilet. The building is about 500 years old and as such the floor is not flat, in fact walking across the room is like the crooked house at the sea front. The lady looking after it for the owners directed us to the nearest pub (about 5 minutes drive) where we had a lovely meal then back for an early night. Breakfast was a lovely Full English with a choice of hot drinks, juices, cereals and fruit. It's proximity to Ashford makes this the ideal stop off before going away on the Eurostar, totally recomended.
