Worst company to deal with
Worst experience. Mainly down to hotels not receiving my bookings. Poor customer service by their staff on messenger. Most of them where really unhelpful. No response to official complaints, supposed to be in contact within 72 hours.....well its been a week now.
The company do not take any form of responsibility as to whether your hotel has your booking or not, and couldn't care less if you are left stranded in a city with no where to stay.
I have completely given up trying to speak to anyone or seek any help from the company. Im in the process of contacting watch dog.
Extremely disappointed and will never use them again. First time and last time. I really dont want your £10 Voucher.

Truly awful
The property was old with dated decor but it was also not clean. Carpets not vacuumed, dusty bedside table, dirty shutters and bathroom needed a good scrub. The room was small and there were battery operated lights on the bathroom. The people that ran it had been in position a week and had no clue although they were friendly. Breakfast was good but not very warm. Place in the middle of nowhere and had to drive through lots of country roads to get to it. We had booked 2 nights but only stayed one because it was so bad. Really disappointing! Especially as it was supposed to be 4 star

Really loved it!
The hotel staff was really nice and the trip went amazing. The hotel was slightly outdated though but that was the only negative. 5* for the staff!

We had a really enjoyable time and will definately be back.
