Fowey Hall should have closed for the duration of the refurbishment

We combined two vouchers to have a three night stay at Fowey Hall. The hotel is undergoing extensive refurbishment work which resulted in our staying in a literal building site everything was covered in dust continually and there was nowhere at all in the hotel grounds to sit out in the sunshine. A complete disaster and total waste of money and holiday from work.

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were lovely and very helpful, unfortunately they are doing quite a big building project, so rather messy outside, good food, comfy bed, and the weather was mostly good, we would go back again.
