No a spa unfortunately
Needs attention to the pool area and therapy facilities, more like a kid's play pool taking up all the lounger's, wasn't told on arrival about relaxation room, lady who did treatment told us before our treatment, the treatment itself was tranquil.

What a lovely gift I had for my birthday very relaxed place, enjoyed the pool, sauna and jacuzzi the facial was amazing, all in a lovely manor house lunch on the lawn topped the experience off, loved it.

The most awful experience
From the moment we arrived, we encountered issues. The receptionist was unhelpful and dismissive, providing little information about the facilities or what to expect. We quickly discovered that the jacuzzi was out of order, which was disappointing, but matters only got worse. There were decorators actively painting in the spa area, and the strong fumes made it incredibly unpleasant to stay. To add to this, the steps into the pool were taped off, rendering yet another key facility unusable.
To make matters worse, not once were we offered so much as a glass of water, which is a basic expectation at any spa. Given the poor conditions, we made the decision to leave after just 40 minutes, feeling frustrated and let down.
