Relaxing & Enjoyable
Very easy to find location, two minutes from the centre of Stratford town centre. Spa is at the rear of the hotel with it's own access. Facilities aren't the best, no jacuzzi but there is a steam room & sauna.
Weekends are busy and despite arriving with plenty of time before first treatment, still felt rushed. The robes are one size and don't leave anything to the imagination - not ideal. Afternoon tea served in main hotel restaurant, lovely setting but nowhere near the spa - think they could do with somewhere closer. Could also do with another breakout room as got told off by another guest for talking in the relaxation room. This was a spa day with my friend and we had a lot to catch up on. The treatments were excellent although I do feel a little on pricey side when adding extras. Would go again but not sure it's the best value for money out there at the moment.

Really great gift
We arrived at 12pm it was really smooth day for us. The treatments we had was really worth it, it was our first time and really enjoyed it. Very nice and relaxing i gave a three star as only had few issues like: steam room was not in use we only got to use pool and sauna. The chlorine in the pool was little strong for me as everytime my eyes have contact with pool water my eye felt slight burning sensation luckily i had my goggles most of the time. The afternoon tea was included but could have been better for example the sandwiches. The robe was not in the great condition it felt really old and used up but overall we had a great time, we could go outdoors anytime and enjoy the sun as-well our spa day and hot drinks were included most of the entire stay there.

Expecting more
Was expecting more from this spa day. It was literally a gym with a separate spa area for when you had your treatment. The pool area was standard , no jacuzzi and refreshments was a walk through the changing rooms into reception. Also right in the middle of town.
