Spa Day with Afternoon Tea and 50 Minute Treatment for Two at Shrewsbury Albrighton Hotel

Had a lovely spa day with my mom would defo come back. The afternoon tea was lovely too

Very good experience, and we are hoping to do it again

Our day at the spa was glorious. So relaxing. The only thing that let it down a little, was the pool area looked a bit tired. The water though, was lovely a warm. The afternoon tea was perfect & the 50 minute massage sublime. Definitely well worth the money & a future purchase.

Stunning setting. There was 4 of us who went and we each had a treatment along with afternoon tea. Spa was lovely as was the treatment. Afternoon tea also lovely. I've knocked 2 stars off for the following reasons. Lack of sun loungers, the pool was very busy with residents, which wasnt a problem, however we had nowhere to sit and relax, which is the whole point of a spa. Also the thermal room had a horrible sewage smell, not pleasant at all. The second reason was the refreshments. Whilst you could go and get a coffee etc you had to leave the spa and go to a machine in the foyer, or leave the building to go to the bar, not ideal. For afternoon tea we weren't allowed to go in robes and had to get dressed, so ended up booking that for the end of the day, we were starving by this point! Its a shame as its a lovely setting, and I would go back, but I would take in my own drinks and snacks, and arrive very early to get a lounger!
