Budget priced gift
Spa treatment was excellent especially Ellie the therapist but was not happy for our treatment timings were changed and we could not have the treatment at 10.30am as booked for me and my wife. The duration between two slots became a drag of how to pass the time after using pool, steam and sauna. Also spoilt the tea time slot was 1.15pm and had to change to 3.30pm also no garden sitting to sit for tea and relax. No wow factor but would recommend Spa treatment facility.

Spa day with 50minute treatment
I thought the young man on reception in the spa needed a injection of enthusiasm
It was the first time we had attended a spa day so wasn’t sure what we were expected to do just handed towels and robes and told to return to reception at 5 to 12 for our treatment
The afternoon tea was lovely with a good choice of sandwiches cakes ect and the lady in the bar area who served afternoon tea was very polite and professional asking if everything was okay

We had a great time on this spa day. It was well organised with friendly staff, great facilities and a full treatment. Afternoon tea also had a great selection. We will definitely book again.

Spa Day at Sketchley Grange
Using the Buyagift voucher and booking was easy and stress free.
On arrival at Sketchley Grange we were greeted by pleasant and welcoming staff, however the Spa Lounge was a bit scruffy with threadbare furniture and very tired decor. The welcome drinks were from a machine and no fresh decaf coffee was available.
When we arrived there was a large aqua aerobics class underway which completely took over the one pool, thus there was no where to sit as both the pool and loungers were fully occupied. The music from this was very load and didn’t create a relaxing ambiance for a Spa Day.
The pool, Spa facilities, changing rooms and showers are basic and once again in need of a decor refurb. The Spa treatments were ok and the Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable.
The highlight of the day was the afternoon tea which was served in the adjacent Hotel. Here the standard of finishes and decor was much better than the Spa. The food and service here was great.
