What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• Your voucher is valid for two people
• Available Monday–Friday, year round
• This product is bookable online
• Morning arrival with spa access is 9.30am-1.30pm with afternoon tea before 1pm. Afternoon arrival with spa access 2pm-6pm with afternoon tea before 4pm
• The maximum group size is six people
• Bring flip flops, gym wear and swimwear on the day
• The pool is unavailable for swimming Monday-Friday from 10:30-11:10am. Sauna, Steam rooms and Whirlpool remain open
• Minimum age: 18 years
• After booking, you will be contacted by the spa up to seven days before arrival to ask any required health questions and arrange any treatments that are part of your experience
