What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• This voucher is valid for two people
• Available Sundays, year round, excluding bank holidays and Valentine's weekends
• Spa evening is from 6pm–10pm
• Please bring your own swim and gym wear
• Additional treatments or restaurant bookings must be pre-booked to avoid disappointment
• Please note, once a booking is made it cannot be cancelled or changed
• Groups of more than six people are not permitted
• The venue has disabled access; please note there are gradual steps in the swimming pool and steep steps in the Hydropool and Plunge pool
• Clothing must be worn in the bar and restaurant after 6pm
• Minimum age: 18 years
• All dates are subject to availability
