Lovely meal, but the service charge was a shock!
My mum and I had our Sunday roast yesterday, which was a gift from my son and his fiancée. We had a lovely meal, but were shocked to be given a service charge based on the vouchers as well as the extras we had. We didn't have the actual voucher, as my son's fiancée had kindly taken the time to print out a lovely card with the necessary details. So whilst it does say on your website that the meal may be subject to a 15% charge (which we only saw after)I still
think it's very wrong to be charged for a voucher which was a gift. The restaurant also tried to tell us that the voucher only covered £60 of the two meals, but that they'd made 'an adjustment' to ensure that the 2 meals were covered. As if they were doing us a favour. So unfortunately all that dulled the experience quite a bit.

Slightly Disappointing
The Savoy is incredible what a building. Staff very lovely.
Sunday roast . Six roast potatoes between two people, Not that nice kept warm or pre cooked. Had better Aunt Bessies !!!!! No parsnips essential with roast beef.
£7.50 for a bottle of still water. Ask for tap water if you dare.
