Great Gift
Was brought as a Christmas present..You book a date and time slot to queue, no check in, just go straight to the queue at your time, quick search and scan and your off...It took 30 minutes to do a full turn which is enough...Pods are not overcrowded which I expected, about 15-20 people which gives you plenty of room to see and admire all the different views of London from above.
Only complaint is the booking via Buyagift did not work for a few weeks and the London eye direct will not let you book direct with them even though you have a gift voucher number...I managed to get through to Buy a gift who confirmed a fault with their system which lasted a good 2 weeks so was a bit of a pain but got there in the end!.

Wonderful Experience
I took my daughter on the London Eye for her belated Birthday present. Even with slightly drizzly weather, it was still a lot of fun. The queue looked long, but everything moved very quickly and all the staff we very friendly.
The only issue I had with booking was that I couldn't book for 1 adult and 1 child with the voucher - it only gave me the option of 2 adults.
