• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher is valid for one adult and one child
• The tour lasts around one hour; please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time
• Tours depart from central London locations near the London Eye and Aldwych; your exact departure point and time will be confirmed at the point of booking
• Available Monday–Sunday from 22nd November 2025 to 4th January 2026
• Minimum age: 5 years; children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Wheelchair users can sit on the lower deck but must use one of the fixed-position seats
• Guests may be required to share tables and there are no toilets on board
• The route may change due to road closures or traffic conditions and menu items are subject to change
• Food may have been in contact with nuts
• Alcoholic drinks must be pre-purchased at the time of booking; non-alcoholic upgraded drinks can be pre-booked or purchased on the day
• Comfortable shoes are recommended
