What do I need to know?

  • The View from The Shard is available week–round, yearround, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day and Valentine's Day
  • Once you’ve received your voucher, easily book a date and time online. Please check the opening times before arrival as they can vary
  • Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
  • There is no maximum group size

  • This experience is available Monday to Friday from 12pm–3.15pm, yearround, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day and Valentine's Day

  • Please take your voucher with you on the day/s of the experience
• There are exciting improvements being made to The Shard however this requires some maintenance which is taking a little longer than expected. Level 72 sky deck is closed until 11th June. Some areas on Levels 68–69 may have limited access which may affect guests with limited mobility
