What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• You will receive two vouchers, both are valid for two people
• For The View from the Shard:
  • Available for entry on week–round, year round
  • Once you’ve received your voucher, easily book a date and time online
  • Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Minimum age: 4 years
  • Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
  • Infants aged three and under can accompany you without a ticket
  • Your ticket is covered by a View Guarantee – if, on the day of your visit, the weather restricts visibility of certain landmarks, then you are entitled to a complimentary return voucher, received directly from the supplier
• For Marco Pierre White London Steakhouse Co.:
  • This experience is available week round, year round, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and Valentine’s Day
  • Friday and Saturday evening bookings must be made within 48 hours prior to the experience
  • The venue has disabled access
  • Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements at the point of booking
  • Supplements apply on additional items and upgrades
• All reservations are subject to a 48 hour cancellation and amendment policy such that they may not be altered within 48 hours of the reserved time and date
• There are exciting improvements being made to The Shard however this requires some maintenance which is taking a little longer than expected. Level 72 sky deck is closed until 11th June. Some areas on Levels 68–69 may have limited access which may affect guests with limited mobility
