About the experience
Spend a weekend getting to grips with pot throwing on the Eastnor Castle Estate in Herefordshire. Watch group demonstrations before settling at your own wheel to shape pots at your pace. Day one’s creations will dry overnight, then day two brings foot rings, handles and motifs. Finish by colouring your favourite pieces with glazes and decorating slips, ready for firing and delivery around one month later.
What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website

- Available on at least one weekend per month, year round
- Minimum age: 18 years
- This is a two-day experience, running 10am–4pm each day
- You'll share the workshop with up to eight other participants each day
- Accommodation and lunch are not included
- This experience can be messy: wear older clothes, and bring an apron and an old towel if possible
- Extra pots can be fired at an additional cost of £6 per 250g, payable on the day
