What do I need to know?

- This experience is available Monday–Friday, excluding school holidays

- Spa access is available from 10am–2pm
- Please inform the restaurant of any dietary requirements at the point of booking
- The spa will contact you prior to your arrival to confirm treatment session times
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment appointment. Treatment times shown include consultation and aftercare
- This is a family-friendly hotel and spa with some adult-only facilities – families with children are welcome to swim anytime, so please be aware there may be children present in the spa areas during your visit
