Xmas in August!!!
Bought white water rafting for my son, daughter and her boyfriend as Xmas presents, and of course I had to go as well. Great day had by all, well worth the money

Fast’n’furious
Five stars for the white water rafting experience: the rafting itself was fabulous, very exhilarating and very much “on the edge” (quite literally). Surfing into the waves with the raft tipped sideways into the flow was exceptional. All the staff we met went out of their way to make our day special, and the changing room facilities and cafe were all marvellous. This experience is not for you if you are frightened of being tipped into very cold water though!

WORST EXPIERIENCE USING BUYAGIFT!
My partner bought me the experience as a present through buyagift. When it came to using my voucher to select the dates to do the activity via the buyagift website, we found that this could not be done. We tried contacting buyagift but never got any response at all. In the end we ended up going in person to the Lea Valley themselves to make the arrangements, who were extremely helpful. In the end, we had a great experience with the rafting activity. I will certainly not be using Buyagift anytime soon - zero customer service.
