What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your will receive two vouchers, both are valid for two people
• For Wicked:
  • These tickets allow access to seats across a range of dates, subject to availability
  • Generally, better seating is available for weekday performances (with an option to upgrade at the point of booking)
  • Easily prebook online by following the instructions on the voucher received after purchase
  • Pick the date and time, then choose from a selection of allocated seats available
  • Once you have selected seats and your tickets are confirmed, your voucher becomes nonrefundable
• For The River Restaurant:
  • Available Monday–Friday, year round, excluding Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Easter bank holiday weekend and Father's Day. This experience may require festive supplement charges between 1st November and 2nd January or have limited availability during this period. Please contact the restaurant before booking
  • Lunch dining is available from 12pm–5.45pm
  • During the festive period of 21st November 2nd January, your voucher can be used as monetary value in the restaurant
  • A discretionary 15% service charge will be added to the bill, payable on the day
• All dates are subject to availability
• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by and sat next to a ticketholder who is at least 18 years old
• Children under the age of 3 will not be admitted
• Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break, but we cannot guarantee admittance into the performance
