What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• The Multi-retailer Gift Cards terms and conditions can be viewed here»
• Multi-retailer Gift Cards will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue
• After you have placed your order, you will be sent an order confirmation and a separate email with the Multi-retailer Gift Card will go to the email address you specify when placing your order. This email will normally be sent within 4 hours of purchase between the hours of 9am and 9pm. If you place your order outside of these times, we’ll send it as soon as possible the following day
• The balance of the Multi-retailer Gift Card will be visible on the redemption page when you or your chosen recipient exchange it for the retailer gift card(s) of your choice
• Please keep the Multi-retailer Gift Card safe, but note that it is not a payment method and cannot be used directly in retail stores or online until it is redeemed against your chosen brands and turned into retailer-specific gift card(s)
