Lovely, delicate, well presented food. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed at the Richmond park in Bo'ness The room was basic but adequate for an overnight stay the food was lovely and reasonably priced ,staff were really nice

It was a lovely experience on a dismall afternoon in very wet and windy conditions on a Thursday afternoon.

The hotel is lovely, clean bright and welcoming. The staff were cheerful and polite and immediately mentioned that they were aware of the emails that I had earlier sent to them, telling them about my allergies. I gave them a paper, taken from Allergy UK, explaining everything about my BOP allergy, and they were not only interested, because no one had heard of it, but asked if they could print a copy off. They said that they would show it to the chef, but also keep it as future reference for any other sufferers. We were then shown to our table, and the chef, and serving staff had gone the extra mile to make sure everything was correct, even placing different items on my server that they knew I was safe to eat. It was a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon tea. It felt so special and the staff were so friendly and welcoming, that we felt like regulars. We will certainly be going back again.

This was originally a birthday gift from my son. 3 course dinner for 2 including a glass of bubbly. In fact we exchanged the voucher on our anniversary, and as the restaurant asked, we told them that, and they added a delightful chocolate surprise at the end. The food was fabulous, the venue spectacular (previously a 19th century Victorian chapel, and then a the gym of a girls' school) and the service attentive without being intrusive.

Amazing, I took my best friend there for her birthday present. Staff friendly, all amenities we're open. Such a relaxing atmosphere. Lunch afterwards was lovely and yummy, just enough for a lunch.

Purchased this for our 12 year old nephew. We attended loch gelly racing circuit and it was fantastic from start to finish- he absolutely loved every minute I would highly recommend!

Gift purchased by our son for his Mum's birthday. Have a brilliant time in Devon revisiting a number of places we saw some 25 years ago. Will definitely be going back. Bed and Breakfast at Monkton brilliant. Good clean room, owner very helpful and friendly and served breakfast in our room. Fantastic.
