Disappointed
I received the buyagift voucher from my daughter for my birthday. It was for a two night stay with dinner but when I booked the hotel of choice there was no dinner included. After several emails to buyagift I got an unsatisfactory answer claiming that it had been bought through a third party and not all hotels are in the scheme. This I think should have been made clear when I made the booking. Very disappointed

All went well.
We were given a 2 night stay as a Christmas gift by our son and his partner. We used it to stay at Cambridge Belfry whilst we were attending Cambridge Folk Festival. All went smoothly.
