I’ve been visiting Champneys St Albans for a few years, Holly and Gemma are really lovely girls. I love the Head in the Clouds Massage, it’s so relaxing. Yesterday the therapist was excellent, I didn’t take her name but she asked if I had any concerns, I said I’d had some neck pain and a few headaches recently and she concentrated on my neck and shoulders which has really helped.

I went there for a 60 Minute massage for 'a bit of a treat'. Little did I know who good they are at their job! I'd say probably the best deep tissue full body massage I had.

Lovely venue. Very clean with great atmosphere. Great facilities and quality decor.

Everything about this massage experience was great. From the consultation beforehand, the massage itself with the gorgeous products used, and the post-massage tea and shortbread, the 30 min experience lasted more than 1 hr. Excellent masseuse and extremely good value.
