Voucher was easy to redeem and gave plenty of time. Customer services were on hand for any questions.

The spa team were very helpful when we made the booking they explained everything very clearly on the day we had an early call to say that due to a fault the swimming pool was out of action and gave us the chance to rebook or carry on with our booking and receive a comp voucher for another day however when we arrived the pool situation had been rectified the spa ladies were very friendly and made you feel comfortable our lunch was very nice and we enjoyed the pool the steam room and sauna there were plenty of changing cubicles my daughter and I enjoyed the day we liked the not too posh relaxed feel of the place we would go again

Service and treatment was great.

Fantastic evening spent time in the gym before heading for a drink in the bar . Then swimming and relaxing for the rest of the evening.

Nice young therapist, unfortunately she was unwell and had to cut short my treatment, but was given a nice gift for compensation.

Very relaxing experience

I got this for my friend as a gift for her birthday. She said it was really amazing and just what she needed to relax! She said they do it so you have exclusive access in the steam room and jacuzzi which sounds amazing

Easy to use voucher and a lot cheaper than the website!

I added the same package for my wife so we could go together. Everything was very well explained and simple to follow. I didn't thing the 2 course light lunch would be enough but I was full at the end of it. The staff were all very friendly and polite so would well recommended the Spa package.
