Terrible
I was gifted a voucher to spend on Buyagift, I was unable to use any coupon codes with my voucher and even though I found the same experience MUCH cheaper online, I was unable to get a refund on my voucher and buyagift would not lower the price at all to match what I found online. The experience itself was also a diaster but that has nothing to do with buyagift
