What an amazing day took my mother in law for a treat we was treated so well we was pampered with wonderful treatment and spent all day using the facilities e even joined in the splash aerobics class the afternoon tea was so nice we even got to wat outside on the terrace with stunning views we will definitely be going again and using buy a gift which in my opinion is great value for money

The spa team were very helpful when we made the booking they explained everything very clearly on the day we had an early call to say that due to a fault the swimming pool was out of action and gave us the chance to rebook or carry on with our booking and receive a comp voucher for another day however when we arrived the pool situation had been rectified the spa ladies were very friendly and made you feel comfortable our lunch was very nice and we enjoyed the pool the steam room and sauna there were plenty of changing cubicles my daughter and I enjoyed the day we liked the not too posh relaxed feel of the place we would go again

Relaxing unwind it’s perfect day out

I have bought a voucher to Bannatyne’s Spa day and massage for my boyfriend. He didn’t use it yet, but we so excited to go there together and perfect day ever. The purchase was smoothly, no problem with activation of the voucher.
