Only just booked the spa day so can’t comment on it yet but the deal is excellent value

We had booked a couple of months in advance but from the minute we arrived we knew it was going to be a fantastic day! We used the relaxation rooms (divine!), the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. All were spotless and clean. The staff were friendly yet professional and the dressing gown super fluffy. The highlights were the facial which was just the most relaxing one I have ever had and the dinner. Dinner itself was so yummy. No small portions here, we left feeling full and content. I had the chicken and caramel apple slice - both highly recommended. A great spa day overall!!

Feel so relaxed after my spa day

We received a spa day voucher for Bannatyne Spa in Humberston as a gift, and it was a great gift. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive. Redeeming the voucher was quick and easy — booking our treatments was straightforward, and everything was clearly explained. On the day, I was able to fully relax and enjoy the wide range of facilities, including the pool, sauna, and relaxation areas. The treatment itself was absolutely lovely. We had a back massage, he’d massage and foot massage, which left us feeling completely refreshed and pampered. The therapist was professional and made sure we were comfortable throughout the experience. The whole day felt like a real escape from everyday stress. The voucher included full use of the spa facilities, and there was even a café on-site where I enjoyed a light lunch and drink. The Spa was as you woudl expect with The Bannatyne we enjoyed our experience and got to use the facilities. The treatment was good and we got a free voucher for my husband to return. There was the option to do a class also.

As soon as we arrived a lovely happy young lady greeted us and directed us to the spa reception. The receptionist was also lovely and very informative and helpful. The pool and spa area was a wonderfully relaxing place and drinks in the garden area of the bar was ideally situated out of any wind, with twinkly evening lights to add to the ambience . We will return.
