My Bannatyne experience was lovely. The issue is that your company is absolutely poor! Half of the experiences that you have listed available not! I redeemed a voucher called the company to book my appointment to find they have not worked with you for 5 years!! From that experience I contacted another company ahead to check their availability to be told they have never worked with you! The frustration trying to get my voucher back was a joke!! Then when I was trying to redeem my voucher for the experience I ended up getting again it was a whole ordeal to try and redeem it!!! I would never recommend you company for a gift card and would tell my family and friends to avoid at all costs in the future! Nothing about the process was easy and overall the stress almost made me give up trying! Only one customer service advisor was helpful which is why I gave 2 stars otherwise I’d give 0 if it was an option.
