We had a lovely relaxing evening at the Spa everything was perfect

Lovely venue. Very clean with great atmosphere. Great facilities and quality decor.

Cream tea was delicious with lovely sandwiches and friendly staff. Wonderful atmosphere. Spar was so soothing which provided the relaxation that I needed. Would definitely recommend this gift.

My friends treated me to this gift for my birthday and it was one of the best gifts I’ve been given. The spa was so lovely, with complimentary tea and coffee, robes and slippers included and the lunch was very tasty too. They even had non alcoholic bubbly for those who don’t drink. My treatment was amazing. Almost put me to sleep. I must book a room here and come back.

Amazing spa experience for my mum’s birthday. The spa is clean, smells amazing, the staff are polite and helpful, the spa facilities where not over crowded like others I have been to, changing rooms are clean and have working hairdryers and styling tongues. We upgraded our treatments for a minimal cost but well worth it, I had a back and head massage with the right amount of pressure requested and a facial that left made skin looking glowing ??Harriet was lovely and the first time I’ve fell asleep on an experience . Our lunch upstairs was delicious we had a chicken burger that was filling and again staff so helpful . We will definitely be booking again Thank you Rena spa and the Midland.

From arriving at 9:45 we had the most wonderful experience. We both had back shoulder neck head & scalp massage which was absolutely amazing . Felt so relaxed the relaxation room is amazing as is the pool sauna & steam room. All staff were so helpful and very professional. We had a light lunch afterwards and the food and service was again outstanding.

Amazing money for what you get - the massage / facial was so relaxing, and the afternoon tea was wonderful. I will definitely book again. The spa area was very small and the infrared booth was out of service. Also, the spa area smelled weird, incl. the towels. Changing rooms could also be maintained better: lots of hair everywhere.
