Very relaxing atmosphere, good customer service, great choice of facilities to use. Fabulous afternoon tea.

Enjoyed my spa day which was a Christmas gift. Jess was very helpful in advising what was where and helped me out with loan of a locker token as I didn't have a pound. Limited food options available but the Waiter (sorry, didn't get your name) was very accommodating and went over and above in ensuring my optimal dining experience. Felt very relaxed after my treatment, thank you Alicia and after my day at the spa. Feeling zen now.

Just what I needed, fantastic spa loved it

The treatments (facial & Indian head massage) by Ruby was amazing. Just what was needed, I did not want it to end. The rest of the facilities were great too and the lunch was incredible.

Cream tea was delicious with lovely sandwiches and friendly staff. Wonderful atmosphere. Spar was so soothing which provided the relaxation that I needed. Would definitely recommend this gift.

We had a super day in and out of the different pools and the specialist rooms and the afternoon tea was extremely delicious.

My Mum and I visited the spa as a 60th birthday gift for her. We were blown away by how lovely it was. We were given complimentary towels, robes and slippers on arrival. Staff were lovely and helpful. All spa areas were clean and well looked after. Lots of choice, indoor pool, ice room, steam room, salt room, rock sauna, herbal sauna, outdoor hydro pool; and plenty seating. We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather so we enjoyed the sun whilst chilling in the outdoor hydro pool. We both had a facial. The therapist was professional, offered advice on my skin, suggested products to use. I have the best facial, my skin was glowing. After our treatment we were taken into the relaxation room where we enjoyed some quiet time in a lovely relaxed setting. We enjoyed the afternoon tea which had a lovely selection of food. The hotel and spa have beautiful grounds which we took full advantage of and had a walk around and enjoyed the scenery. It was such a lovely day and we would highly recommend and will be going back and taking our friends.

Lovely few hours at the spa well worth the money and was so happy to be able to pay installments making it more affordable to go, lunch was lovely!
