Absolutely loved this spa day. We both fancied doing some exercise and the lovely lady who booked us in, went and booked us on a body pump class (not everyone's idea of a spa day, the instructor was surprised!) everyone in the class was friendly and welcoming. The spa facilities are good, enough seating around the pool. Steam room is good, unfortunately the sauna was not working on the day we went. Afternoon tea was VERY filing. For me, I would have forfeited a cake for a few crisps but I am more a savoury fan (I know that is not the point of afternoon tea, just my preference!) it was all lovely though. Treatment was good - we both had a facial. You don't get treated any differently when you book a deal like this, definitely get your monies worth - I would 100% recommend this deal for a spa day and will book again.

I bought this for my friend, who took me as her plus 1. It was absolutely brilliant, The facilities at Lion Quays were excellent and the staff very helpful and professional. The weather was beautiful so we were about to take lunch with prosecco outside on the terrace, which just added to the day.

Needed help from customer service and this was great - I bought a voucher that I then couldn’t use locally so this was swapped for me through on line help. Voucher now used for a local venue.

2 mums and 2 daughters night away, we had a fabulous time , could not fault the Spa at all, so friendly, fab food, and a fantastic massage , thank you Malvern spa we will be back

When we turned up we thought why is the spa near an aldi, but we were so pleased when we arrived. I was delayed due to a motorway accident and they moved my treatment to the next day without bother. The staff were friendly and helpful, the spa was lovely, and the food was fantastic. We had a lovely break, thank you for making it a lovely birthday treat.
