Summer of Flying

I recently purchased this as a gift for a plane trip, and it turned out to be a great choice. I really liked that you could add a pre-selected extra for an additional charge it was optional, of course, but it definitely enhanced the overall experience and made the gift feel more special, almost reminiscent of something out of Fifty Shades of Grey. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would absolutely consider purchasing again. I’m looking forward to using it.

Very well organised at balado airfield in Fife. Great to tick off the bucket list just wasn’t long enough.

Excellent service

After 2 attempts in the summer, cancelled due to poor weather conditions, it was 3rd time lucky. The staff were very friendly and helpful on all occasions, and apologetic when cancelled. The flight was smooth and interesting, going over the sea, over a castle and grounds etc. About 15 minutes into the flight, you take over the controls, under the guidance of the pilot.

Well organised. Easy access. Great pilot. Great view of central London following the Thames.

Had a great time flying over London, pilot was very good talking and pointing things out and the staff on the ground was excellent. Well worth it.

We bought this experience for our grandchildren and they were absolutely delighted withe the safari followed by afternoon tea. The children were excited to take their own photographs of the day and show their parents when we returned home. Will definitely recommend the experience snd cant wait to return! The grandchildren thought we would be lucky enough to win the tiger lodge experience competition so we will have to keep trying. Thank you for the best day

This is a really great experience, spend a couple of hours at least looking round at the fantastic cars from earers, & everything that goes with them, then watch cars practicing on the track (if they’re there like they were today) shows you the engines, tyres & everything that goes into the cars & the history of Silverstone track itself. Had the best experience ever always wanted to learn to fly and what better way to start than in a WW2 trainer plane. All the staff and ground crew were very friendly and insightful and the pilot was very friendly and chatty. I was able to take control of the plane for around 20-30 mins and loved everything minute of it on the way back to Duxford the pilot even showed off a little doing an acrobatic manoeuvre which was an experience. I would highly recommend this gift to anyone who loves planes and aviation in general.
