The Cotswold Distillery tour and tasting was perfect, the place was idyllic and the staff were excellent and gave the impression they were proud to work at the distillery. Sarah our your guide was fantastic. we couldn't fault anything and will definatley return again.

Had a great time flying over London, pilot was very good talking and pointing things out and the staff on the ground was excellent. Well worth it.

Written communications in advance were clear and helpful. All the staff were brilliant in guiding us through the safety measure and procedures. Our pilot was friendly and enthusiastic, and his commentary contributed to an excellent experience.

The Flight, Pilot and Ground Staff were all brilliant. Thoroughly enjoyed it. My only complaint with the flight, was i couldn't hear the commentary so well, as the volume seemed a bit low. Also a confirmation email i received a few days before the flight says. You must check one of the following before setting off to ensure the flight is going ahead. 1 Call 08712884425 2 Follow on Facebook 3 Check the live Departures Board. I phoned up twice and listened to a pre-recorded message which did not mention my flight, and cost me around £3. I then checked the Departures Board via the link, which said my flight was Likely to go ahead, but you can check it anytime. I checked again the morning of the flight and my flight again was not showing. Fortunately it did go ahead and my wife and I both had a great time. I would say you need to change your phone number to one that is not premium rate, and those flying, try the Departure Board link first.

What a brilliant day! The experience was as described and the weather made it even better. Recommended to all football fans.
