Owl Experiences

We had the bird of prey experience given to us for a birthday present. We had a great morning and the falconer was extremely knowledgeable. He kept us enthralled the whole time and we learned a lot about birds of prey. We got to handle them afterwards and we all had a go at flying them. Wonderful experience. One word of warning. There’s no seating so it was a bit hard on the legs having to stand for 3 hours. Bring a fold up chair if you can. It was a bit chilly standing in the field, so wear plenty of warm clothing. Highly recommended

Very knowledgeable staff and thoughly enjoyable.

We had a great day at the owl centre, our daughter loved it. Sun was out as well we had a picnic as well on the grass.

Lovely experience

What a great 4 hrs, beautiful summer day surrounded with beautiful birds, Jon was a perfect host, full of knowledge and anecdotes, expertly handling the birds with his expert sidekick. Having the birds fly in to you was amazing, feeling the weight of these magnificent birds on your gloved hand was certainty an experience I will not forget.

Beautiful birds obviously extremely well cared for. Very well run 2 hour experience with their owls. Plenty of opportunities to hold the owls. Lots of explanation & information. An excellent experience.

We spent a lovely relaxing and informative morning. Lovely peaceful setting and great to get so close to such beautiful birds as owls and Harris hawks. David and Amy were great fun and clearly love the birds and caring for them. It was a really great experience. Thank you

This day was brilliant from start to finish at Willows. All staff very helpful and knowledgeable- both Hayley and Jill were both magnificent. A perfect day all round. Would recommend to all- a gem of a place and a wonderful experience.
